Yumei Zhu Bought His Winning Lottery Ticket In Marlborough

Yumei Zhu won the grand prize playing the “$2,000,000 50X Cashword” $10 scratch-off ticket. He won the final grand prize in that game. 

Zhu chose to take the lump sum payment of $1.3 million (before taxes) rather than the annuity. 

He bought the ticket at Route 85 Liquors at 274 Maple St in Marlborough. The store will get a $20,000 bonus for the sale.
